Guarantees:

Our stones are batch tested for purity.  All infant clasps are the highest quality safety screw device available.

Returns:

Returns of defective items are permitted within 14 days of receipt of items. Please email us with pictures and a return shipping label will be created for you.  witchcraftmarketplace@gmail.com

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot honor buyer's remorse returns. Please consider your order carefully, read descriptions and email us any questions prior to placing your order. 

Repairs:

We strive to deliver only the highest quality of items, but occasionally defects happen.  We offer free repairs on any defective items and cover all related shipping fees.  Defects are breaks that happen with normal use within the first 30 days following purchase.  Infant necklaces broken due to biting are not considered defective.

Clients are responsible for ordering items that fit. We are not responsible for free repairs on items due to improper sizing. Please measure your child before ordering.  Custom sizes are available.  Simply note the desired length in the notes section when ordering.  When no size is noted, a standard infant length of 11-12" will be provided.

Repairs are available at reasonable rates~ as low as $20 for restringing an infant necklace.

Processing Time:

All in stock orders ship the following Monday.  Custom designs have a three week processing time. If there is a delay with your order, you will be notified.  You will also be emailed tracking information once your item ships.
